The duration of our giveaways is determined by the period specified and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online. 

Participation
To participate in the giveaway, a comment under the giveaway video is required. Furthermore, you can subscribe to our channel to never miss another giveaway and increase your chances of winning. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the entry deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Eligible participants
Eligible participants are natural persons who reside in Germany and have completed their 18th year of age. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons.

Prize, notification, and prize delivery

Only the product that is expressly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be raffled as a prize. Other products, tools, accessories, or other items from the video are expressly not part of the raffle.

The winners will be determined immediately after the entry deadline by means of a random drawing among all participants (z.B. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the corresponding blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. After that, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.

Termination of the giveaway
