Giveaway Process
The duration of our giveaways is determined by the period set and published in the blog. Within this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the giveaway online.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Comments received after the participation deadline will not be considered in the draw.
Eligible Participants
Eligible are natural persons who have their residence within the European Union and have reached the age of 18. Persons involved in the conception and implementation of the giveaway and employees of Toolbrothers Powertool GmbH, as well as their family members, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Prize, Notification and Delivery of the Prize
Only the product that is explicitly and exclusively mentioned and presented as such a prize in the corresponding video will be raffled off as a prize. Other products, tools, accessories or other items from the video are explicitly not included in the draw.
The winners will be determined immediately after the participation deadline by means of a random draw among all participants (e.g. https://commentpicker.com/youtube.php). The winner will be announced in the relevant blog article. The username of the respective winner will only be published in the blog. Following this, a message must be sent to service@toolbrothers.de to claim the prize. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner and exclusively to their residence located in Germany. The operator will cover the costs incurred for shipping the prize. It is not possible to receive the monetary value of the prize instead of the product.
After the winner is announced, the winner must contact the email address of Toolbrothers Powertools GmbH provided in the announcement within two days (48 hours) and inform us of their address. If the winner does not contact us within a period of two days, a new winner can be drawn.
