How can I pay?
We offer a variety of secure payment methods: PayPal, KLARNA, Apple and Google Pay. Credit card payments are secured via the 3D-Secure check. If we have any indications of credit card misuse, we will automatically cancel the orders.

How do you ship?
If your order is received by 2 PM, we will ship it on the same day. With our partners DHL and DPD, over 90% of orders are already delivered the next day (within Germany, 2 - 4 business days for international deliveries)

Currently, tax-free intra-community delivery is not yet possible with us!

You can of course shop as a company and enter the company details during checkout. However, all prices and invoices are currently only shown including tax.

What does Next-Day Delivery mean?
If your order is received by us **by 2 PM**, we will ship it on the same day. In over 90% of cases, **your package will already be delivered the next day (within Germany)**. Shipping takes a maximum of 2 business days. For international deliveries, the shipping time is usually 2 - 4 business days.

Free shipping
Shipping is free for you within Germany. Whether you order a large miter saw or a single bit set. You won't pay any extra delivery costs.

100-day free returns
Are you dissatisfied with your item or did you purchase the wrong cordless screwdriver? No problem! We offer you 100 days return on our neck.

My package arrived damaged
We make sure to ship the goods as safely as possible. If, despite everything, the post office has played football with the package, contact us directly here. We will help you further!

I received something incorrect
If you received a different item than you originally ordered, please report it here in our problem portal for incorrectly received items.

Where is my invoice?
You will receive the invoice after payment has been received in a separate email directly from our shipping partner (e.g. retailer Dinotech e.K.). If it has not arrived, request a copy of the invoice here in our portal
