Das Elektrowerkzeug ist bestimmt, bei fester Auflage Holzwerkstoffe wie z.B. Balken und Bretter zu hobeln. Es eignet sich auch zum Abschrägen von Kanten und zum Falzen. Der Akku-Hobel überzeugt durch seine leichte Bauweise mit der präzises Arbeiten durch die eine stufenlose Spantiefeneinstellung bis 1,6 mm möglich ist. Mit dem extrem scharfen und langlebigen HM-Wendemesser wird eine sehr hohe Oberflächengüte erreicht. Das Messer lässt sich äußerst schnell wechseln. Das Gerät verfügt über eine Motorbremse für sicheres Arbeiten und Schutz des Motors. Der Spanauswurf lässt sich wahlweise nach links oder rechts einstellen. Dank größerer Zellenkapazität besitzt der 3.0 Ah Akku 50 % mehr Laufzeit als ein vergleichbarer 2.0 Ah Akku. Geliefert wird der Hobel in der L-BOXX mit passender Einlage für einen sicheren Transport.
