The DeWALT DCMCS 574 N cordless chainsaw from the powerful 54 VOLT XR FLEXVOLT series offers cordless power for demanding applications. Thanks to the innovative brushless motor technology, the chainsaw achieves a performance comparable to petrol-powered tools (equivalent to 2.7 HP or 40 cm³), but with reduced noise and no exhaust fumes. With a 45 cm bar and the robust OREGON® saw chain, it masters the cutting of branches, timber and other materials with ease. The metal stop claws and chain brake provide additional safety by stopping the chain immediately when the hand guard is activated or the throttle switch is released. The automatic chain lubrication system reduces maintenance and oil consumption, while the side chain tensioner with tool ensures safe and easy handling. The tool-free oil tank cap and the semi-transparent oil tank allow the oil level to be checked quickly. Thanks to the ergonomic design and optimised centre of gravity, the saw sits perfectly in the hand and is comfortable and safe to use.
