Product Description:
The rotary sander RO 150 FEQ from Festool is ideal for sanding off old paint and varnish, for working on wood-based materials and for renovation work, such as sanding stair treads. The handy ergonomic design with optimum grip options makes working extremely comfortable. Other applications such as sanding and polishing solid surface materials, pre- and coarse sanding of filler and hologram-free polishing are no problem for the RO 150 FEQ. The device impresses with its wide range of applications and combines a coarse sander, fine sander and polisher in one device. The Rotex cam track removes a great deal of material and the eccentric movement produces high-quality, scratch-free surfaces. The Festool protector allows you to work very close to edges and the FastFix system enables the sanding disc to be changed quickly, effortlessly and without tools.

Der Festool Rotex 150 ist der ultimative Getriebe-Exzenterschleifer, der sowohl für grobe als auch feine Arbeiten geeignet ist. Mit der Möglichkeit, zwischen normalem Exzenterschliff und spezieller Kurvenbahn umzuschalten, können vom Grobschliff bis zum Polieren alle Schleifarbeiten mit nur einem Gerät erledigt werden.
Die Kraft und das Gewicht des Rotex 150 machen sich vor allem im Grobschliff bemerkbar, wobei der Materialabtrag nahezu an den eines Bandschleifers heranreicht. Die Ergebnisse im Feinschliff sind makellos glatt und auch das Polieren mit der Maschine ist möglich. Die Verarbeitung und Ergonomie des Rotex 150 sind auf Profi-Niveau und die gute Absaugung des Schleifstaubs macht die Arbeit sogar im Wohnzimmer möglich.
Wer Geduld hat, kann auch mit einem normalen Exzenterschleifer arbeiten, jedoch wird mit dem Rotex 150 eine optimale Kraftentfaltung und Qualität erreicht. Achten Sie auf hochwertige Schleifscheiben und wechseln Sie diese rechtzeitig, um ein bestmögliches Ergebnis zu erzielen.

Absolut genial!
Ich habe mich entschieden, den Festool Schleifer zu kaufen, um Türen ab- und anzuschleifen und ich bin absolut begeistert von der Leistung. Pro Seite benötige ich ungefähr 3-5 Minuten mit einer 80er Körnung. Die Absaugung funktioniert einwandfrei, kein Staubkorn entweicht, was natürlich auch dem Staubsauger zu verdanken ist. Das mitgelieferte Schleifpapier von Festool ist von ausgezeichneter Qualität und setzt sich nicht zu. Bisher habe ich für alle meine Schleifarbeiten nur ein einziges Blatt benutzt.
Ein kleiner Hinweis: Das Gerät ist ziemlich schwer, deshalb empfehle ich, die Türen abzuhängen und auf Böcken abzuschleifen. Vertikale oder gar über Kopf Arbeiten sind mit der Maschine nicht optimal. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und kann den Festool Schleifer jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem leistungsstarken und zuverlässigen Schleifgerät ist.
