The BO 5031 from Makita is a 300 watt and handy random orbital sander with a diameter of 125 mm. The random orbital sander has a high-performance motor with double protective insulation, which keeps dust away, and robust ball bearings, which significantly extend its service life. The new feature of this device compared to its predecessor is the electronic speed preselection, which allows the number of strokes to be precisely controlled and therefore a higher and more effective removal rate to be achieved. The multiple gripping options equipped with rubber inserts and the large oscillating circuit also ensure a high removal rate in comfortable working conditions, while the run-out brake protects the material being processed. The dust box supplied also effectively collects the dust produced, making it easier to keep the workplace clean.
