Product Description:
The Makita DCV 202 cordless thermal waistcoat is the ideal garment for use in harsh conditions. With its windproof and water-repellent properties, the waistcoat protects against light rain and wind. This keeps the wearer warm and dry, even in unfavourable weather conditions. The waistcoat is compatible with a 14.4 V/18 V battery and has four heating zones in the chest and back area. These ensure a targeted supply of heat and therefore optimum wearing comfort. The heat is emitted through special belly pockets and the back area of the waistcoat. This ensures that the most important areas of the body are optimally warmed. The rechargeable battery is simply stowed in the back pocket of the waistcoat and enables a long operating time. Depending on the heating level, the waistcoat can be operated for up to 10, 20 or even 35 hours. This means that even longer work assignments are possible without any problems. The waistcoat's integrated deep discharge protection is particularly noteworthy. This ensures that the device switches off automatically when the battery is almost empty. This prevents excessive discharge of the battery and extends the service life of the battery. However, it is important to note that it is not suitable for people with pacemakers.
