Product Description:
With the DJV 184, Makita offers a cordless pendulum action jigsaw which is equipped with an aluminium base plate that can be swivelled through 45°. The speed can be easily set using a sensitive switch and can be limited using a setting wheel. The cutting blade is always blown directly free by the machine's cooling air. The pendulum stroke can be set to 3 different levels plus a neutral position. The brushless motor enables a more compact design on the one hand and an increased service life due to reduced wear on the other. When cutting into the workpiece, the stroke rate increases automatically to reach the set value. The powerful double LED light means you always have an optimum view of the workpiece being processed.
