The Makita DUH 551 Z has an ergonomically rotating handle, impact protection, soft start, speed control, an electronic motor brake and overload electronics. The XPT system ( Extreme Protection Technology ) protects the device from dirt and splash water. The stainless steel blade is equipped with sharpened corners on three sides over a length of 55 cm, with a cutting thickness of up to 18 mm and a blade spacing of 27 mm.
