Product Description:
The new Makita DUH 601 with new blade tooth shape guides branches better. The low friction of the blades results in less resistance, which leads to better running time and less wear on the material. The adjustable handle with 5 different positions (locking at 0° as well as 45° and 90° left and right) allows you to work comfortably in any position. Intelligent positioning of the battery at the rear end of the handle enables well-balanced handling. Makita promises powerful and effective work, similar to a petrol tool. The low weight of the tool means that work is effortless and clearly more effective. With a high and electronically adjustable stroke rate with 3 levels, faster and adjustable cuts are possible. The brushless motor ensures greater endurance, a longer service life and a more compact design. It has constant electronics, which means that the speed is adapted to the resistance. The stainless steel blade with sharpened edges on both sides is easy to replace. The Makita BL 1850 B battery impresses with its long working time. An additional advantage is the short charging time of just 45 minutes in the Makita charger. Thanks to low self-discharge and short-circuit, overvoltage and overheating protection, the battery has a maximum service life. The BL 1850 B also has an LED charge level indicator to check the remaining energy in the battery. The DC18RD is a 2-way charger from Makita with which 2 batteries can be charged simultaneously. The quick charger can charge all batteries from 7.2 V to 18 V as usual. The practical USB port on the front is perfect for smartphones, lamps and much more that can be charged via USB.
