Product Description:
The Makita UC025G is a powerful cordless chainsaw that is characterised by its compact design and high efficiency. Equipped with a 40 V max battery and a blade length of 35 cm, it offers an excellent cutting performance of 25.5 m/s, while the weight including the BL4050F battery is just 5.4 kg. The chainsaw has a captive tension adjustment nut and an adjustable automatic chain lubrication system which, together with a large oil tank, ensures continuous lubrication. Special features of the UC025G are the ergonomically shaped and rubberised handle and the eXtreme Protection Technology (XPT), which protects the saw against dust and water in harsh conditions. A large oil filler opening with viewing window makes it easy to check the oil level. Safety is enhanced by a main switch with automatic switch-off function and a safety interlock lever on the trigger, which prevents unintentional switching on and extends the automatic switch-off time to 5 minutes. This chainsaw is comparable in performance to a 35cc petrol chainsaw and offers superior acceleration, ideal for limbing. Should the tool stall under heavy load, the restart function allows work to continue quickly. In addition, a clearly visible felling line improves precision when felling trees. Thanks to XPT certification (IPX4), the saw is ideally equipped for use in wet and harsh conditions. For maximum performance, the BL4040F and BL4050F high-output batteries are recommended, while the use of BL4080, BL4025 and BL4020 is not recommended for this model.
