Metabo Ultra-M technology stands for optimum coordination and perfect communication between the machine motor, battery pack and charger. A multifunctional monitoring system continuously records both the battery temperature and the amperage, and the electronic single cell monitoring (ESCP) also ensures a long battery life. Thanks to the patented "AIR COOLED" charging technology, the battery pack in the charger is cooled with air - for shorter charging times and a longer service life. The capacity indicator allows the charge level to be monitored at all times. The battery pack can be stored for a long time with virtually no self-discharge. An important advantage for users is the unlimited compatibility. Since 2009, battery packs of every generation have been compatible with all Metabo cordless machines of the corresponding volt class and every Metabo charger charges all battery packs of the corresponding size. With Metabo battery packs, you are always on the safe side. The double quick charger is suitable for charging all Li-Ion and LiHD sliding seat battery packs (12V-36V) with an adapted battery charging current from Metabo. The patented AIR COOLED charging technology ensures good battery cooling during charging, resulting in significantly reduced charging times. The ASC 145 DUO impresses with its very low stand-by power consumption. Intelligent processor-controlled charging management ensures gentle charging and a maximum number of charging cycles.
