- Application recommendation: Reducing the contact pressure and peripheral speed and adding grinding oil reduces tool wear and the temperature load on the workpiece. Increasing the cutting speed results in a slightly finer surface finish. Increasing the contact pressure makes the surface slightly coarser. The softer the material to be machined, the coarser the surface (when using , For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 15-20 m/s.
