Technical Data:

- Application recommendation: The stock removal rate should be increased by using a coarser grit and not by increasing the contact pressure in order to prevent unnecessary tool wear and thermal stress on the workpiece. Increasing the cutting speed results in a slightly finer surface finish. Increasing the contact pressure results in a slightly coarser surface. The softer the material to be machined, the coarser the surface (when using , Reducing the contact pressure and the peripheral speed and adding grinding oil reduce tool wear and the temperature load on the workpiece.
