Ein weiterer Vorteil des Picard Dachdecker-Nageleisens ist der geringe Innenradius, der auch das Entfernen von Nägeln ohne Kopf ermöglicht. Das Nageleisen ist blank gehärtet auf 44 - 45 HRc und somit besonders robust und widerstandsfähig.
