Mit der Anwendung eines speziellen Härtverfahrens, der DURA LAZR TEC Technologie, und der partiellen Läserhärtung, wird ein präzises und sicheres Verpressen bei gleichzeitig erhöhter Langlebigkeit ermöglicht. Die Folge ist ein minimierter Verschleiß und 100% mehr Presszyklen im Vergleich zum Vorgängermodell. Des Weiteren unterstützt ein Langzeit-Korrosionsschutz die Langlebigkeit der Pressbacken. Mit der Verwendung eines hochbelastbaren Spezialstahls, eignen sich die Pressbacken für alle Pressmaschinen mit einer axialen Schubkraft von 32 - 34 kN.

DURA LAZR TEC Verfahren - Partielles Laserhärten ermöglicht höchsten Härtegrad an hochbelasteten Stellen.
