The standard U contour pressing jaw with a nominal width of 25 mm is ideal for system-compliant pressing of fittings in plastic pipe systems. The special partial laser hardening process DURA LAZR TEC ensures an extended service life of the pressing jaw and enables precise pressing. This minimises wear within the crimping contour and doubles the number of crimping cycles compared to the previous model. Optimised corrosion protection guarantees the high quality of the pressing jaw over its entire service life. Thanks to the 3-bolt synchronised mechanism, the pressing jaw can be opened effortlessly in daily use (one-finger operation). The ROTHENBERGER pressing jaws, made of heavy-duty special steel, are suitable for all pressing machines with a thrust force of 32-34 kN.
