Product description:

The Multi countersunk head universal screws with T-STAR plus receptacle from SPAX, ensure greater flexibility for the user owing to their universal applicability in different materials such as wood, plastic or sheet metal. The multi-head with recessed pocket segments, combined with the milling ribs, ensure that the screw is countersunk neatly and flush in wood. The braking ribs effectively prevent overtightening when working with metal fittings, creating a solid connection between the fitting and the component. The T-STAR plus (Torx) holder achieves greater power transmission to the screw, longer service life and faster threading of the screw with a better fit on the workpiece. The integrated 4CUT-point ensures screwing without pre-drilling (depending on the wood used), thanks to the square shape of the screw from the tip to the transition of the thread to the shaft. The 4CUT shape reduces splicing of the material and significantly reduces the screw-in torque. Moreover, the SPAX typical wave profile of the partial thread ensures easy and secure screwing. The new WIROX coating of SPAX also ensures a 20 times higher anti-corrosion protection and a significantly higher surface hardness than conventional bright zinc plating for screws, which means that the range of applications can be extended many times over in outdoor areas. The accustomed 100% "Made in Germany" quality of SPAX screws is certified by the TÜV with proof of origin through a complex test procedure and guarantees a high degree of safety and durability.
