    The Festool aluminium / plastics circular saw blade is compatible with the TS 55 F, TSC 55 K and HKC 55 plunge-cut saws and is a system solution for cuts in aluminium and plastics. The HW saw blade is suitable for aluminium sheets and profiles, Plexiglas, acrylic glass, hard and fibre-reinforced plastics, non-ferrous metals, copper, brass, phenolic resin-bonded fibres / fabrics and aluminium composite panels. The toothing of the saw blades is optimised for the machine, enabling high cutting quality with low wear and a long service life. This system harmonisation facilitates efficient work. The 52 saw teeth are made of high-quality carbide and, by matching the cutting angle and tooth shape to the application, ensure optimum sawing progress and a considerably longer service life with consistent cutting quality. The cutting angle is -5° and the clearance angle is 20°. It has a 20 mm bore and a diameter of 160 mm. The colour coding of the saw blades from Festool makes it easier to determine the material suitability. Festool is a premium manufacturer of power tools, and the company is characterised by its high quality standards and sophisticated tool concepts.
