Makita presents DUB362, a powerful blower with a very high blowing capacity of up to 798 m3/h air volume and an air speed of up to 53 m/s with two 18-volt batteries connected in pairs. The adjustable air speed and air volume make the device suitable for various requirements, e.g. for low-noise use on buildings and public places. It features a 3-stage adjustable telescopic long nozzle for precise work and a back-friendly adjustment to the user's height. It is equipped with a BL1860B 18 volt Li-Ion 6 Ah / 6000 mAh Makita battery with LED charge level indicator which impresses with its increased endurance and power output, while weighing only 40 grams more than the 5 Ah battery from Makita. This blower is also fitted with a DC18RC charger for a complete charging time of only 55 minutes, making the battery ready for re-use in a very short period of time compared to the working or standing time. As usual, its 1860B battery is compatible with all Makita 18-volt class tools and has a long runtime and service life owing to its Li-Ion technology. Its DC18RC is a battery quick charger for 9.6 - 18 Volt Li-Ion batteries from Makita which permanently controls and regulates the voltage and temperature by means of an integrated microprocessor, that guarantees optimal charging processes and at the same time protects the batteries by means of an optimally guided cooling air control system. This fast charger charges the 18-volt battery generation from Makita extremely quickly, allowing a very short charging pause or a flowing work process as long as two batteries are used, for example.
